* the smell of freshly baked muffins out of the oven
* learning a new exercise at Pilate's AND being able to do it
* Bean telling me all about her day
* the huge hug I receive from her when I collect her after school
* Bean telling me she loves me so much, when I lie with her at bed time, her eyes staring into the very soul of me and then watching her fall asleep
* The Man not being in a bad mood
* The beginnings of conversations not yet had
* Learning to live the joy and keeping the faith
* Finding nuggets of positive parenting in someone else's blog
* A new hair cut
