One thing which is providing me with great entertainment amidst the less entertaining parts of this life of mine are the conversations with Bean. It is amazing how, even with a limited vocabulary, they can get their point across (or not as the case may be).
For example, today I had given her some cheese and biscuits to snack on as she hadn't eaten much lunch and wanted to watch 'Jog on' and for those not in the know - that means she wanted to watch the Clamber Club DVD with Jog the Frog. So, I had said that she could watch it once she had finished her food.
The next thing, she says:
"Empy" showing me her empty bowl
I then hear rustles as the she opens and closes the cupboard door.
Me: "What are you doing?"
Bean: " cupboard"
Me: "What did you put in the cupboard?"
Bean: " Bowl"
Me: " And your food?"
Bean: " In cupboard, Finish, Jog on"
So, of course, what could I do but giggle, and put Jog on?
Ah the joys of simplicity! (Maybe I should take a lesson from that exchange...)

It is precious. I realised last weekend that I need to start writing down the cute things Lukas and Leane is saying...or else it will be lost for ever.
Great lesson in simplicity! :D
What a great lesson to us all who tend to babble (ok me mainly)
I wondering if all my talking could be called babbling too?
Lovely post - good to record this little conversations.
