hold thumbs and toes!

This afternoon I went to view a flat, and while it may not be my dream house, it is pretty perfect for what we are looking for!

The rent is affordable, it has a garden(with a gorgeous tree in it), two lovely sized bedrooms (with sliding doors out onto the garden),a kitchen double the size of ours at present, largish living area and a bathroom with a bath. Aah, I can just picture my bubble baths! It really is lovely.

We have filled in all the forms, we have the deposit money and first months rent so all looks good to go. But, there are two people ahead of us who have applied to live there too...

So, if you can all hold fingers and toes that we will be the lucky new residents to this lovely flat, it would be appreciated.

We should find out tomorrow whether we are successful or not. And if we are not, then its back to the drawing board.. or something like that...!
