Random observations

I have discovered that I have a random fascination with large cranes. As I have been driving along the N1 these last couple of days, I have noticed this very large and sexy red crane that is busy building the new road. It is HUGE! It towers above the car as I drive under it and just looks so capable. Weird, I know..

I don't like driving in traffic. In actual fact, I detest it and having to spend two hours a day in my car just reminds me of this.

I noticed today while driving home that one portion of the wall surrounding the cemetery has been taken apart. It made me wonder if someone had stolen it to build their home with.

I wonder if The Man and I complement each other and bring out the best in each other.

My now 18 month old Bean is starting to talk more, her latest words added to her repertoire are: straw, down, crocodile and I think it is just gorgeous!

Today, while learning about breath and the way that we breathe, after the exercise I felt kinda down. Realising that I hold on and hold on and letting go is rather difficult for me to do (and i mean that in a normal everyday holding on, you know, keeping it sane) I think if anyone had said anything nice to me at that point , I would of had leaky seams again.

I discovered today that the best way I grow as a person is by learning something and using my brain. I really feel that this course is going to be (and already is) hugely beneficial.

And last but not least, I am addicted to Gossip Girl, something about the mindless entertainment while watching someone else's lives works for me at the moment...(and I am completely in love with Blair's outfits, how gorgeous are her clothes?! I have found my inspiration to use my sewing machine because I could so wear those clothes).
