How cool is this pic?

I was searching through my Cd's on Saturday to find some music to put onto my ipod as I now have speakers for them, which, allows me to listen to music while I drive. How cool?!

Anyway, I came across this photo, of my sister and I which was taken at least five years ago.It was at my dad's old house where we celebrated his birthday.

I'm not sure what photo we were looking at which caused such great laughter, but whatever it was, clearly we thought it was very funny!

I think, what I like so much about this snap shot, is that I look happy. From the inside. Not just a smile or laugh for the sake of it. A true inside smile. Almost glowing. Its been a while since I have felt that inside, whole hearted laughter.

I laugh and I smile but it doesn't bubble infectiously. That is what needs to be remedied right now. So, a call to arms, a call to the inside humour, a call to my inside me to come out and play.

To laugh for the joy of laughing.

I find that copious amounts of Sauvning Blanc can also trigger inner laughter. (for a while at least) :)

A great photo...you look so happy!

Brings to mind a scripture (sorry, but it does)
Proverbs 17:22 "A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones." Wonderful stuff, in other words when we laugh it is medicine to our soul, spirit and body...how awesome is that!
